Satisfaction Guarantee

We are not happy unless you are happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, we will happily provide you with a full cash refund of the unworn item within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in exactly the same condition as they were received, including original packaging, authenticity papers, and with tags attached. ( Note: there are no refunds on bid packages )

We also guarantee that SnaBid employees and their immediate family members are not allowed to bid on the auctions. The Fair Auction Guarantee is our way of showing our users what we stand for, and is an important part of our core values. SnaBid auctions are for the benefit of our members and only members can bid on our products.
